My name is kyle and I'm a wildlife photographer that lives in northern Minnesota. I've always had a fascination with animals, but what was a small ember turned into a blazing fire that has only grown when I was a senior in college and took a class on 'the birds of southern wisconsin'. This made me pay more attention to the birds around me, which eventually turned into buying a camera to help id birds after my trips, and has since blossomed into much more intense camera gear, as well as a love for traveling to find a variety of wildlife. i go out in search of mammals on occasion and will also shoot macro photography of various animals and plants, but bird are my true passion, and as such you'll see them having much better representation on my page.
I'm lucky enough to have an incredibly supportive wife who not only allows me to spend as much time as I do in the great outdoors, but also joins me in my crazy adventures both locally and across the world. she is an eagle eye, and has a knack for spotting birds that I am actively searching for. I also have two kiddos (with a third on the way) and I can't wait to turn them into my wildlife buddies.
